When you contact us, request catering or join the Coffee Club, we collect the details you enter. These may include your name, email, optional phone number, event details and message. Please do not submit payment card details or sensitive personal information in these forms.

How information is used

We use inquiries to respond to you and manage your request. Marketing email is optional and requires a separate choice. Coffee Club subscriptions are activated after email confirmation. A service inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing.

Cookies and analytics

Essential session cookies support forms and security. Optional analytics are disabled until you choose to allow them. You can change your choice using the cookie settings link in the footer. Analytics events do not intentionally include names, email addresses or message content.

The hosting and email providers used by True Baristas process information needed to run this website and deliver messages. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts when available; those requests share connection data such as an IP address with that service.
