Our coffee begins in the highlands of Boquete, Panama, at approximately 1,500 meters above sea level, a privileged elevation where some of the world’s most exceptional and sought-after specialty coffees are grown.

We proudly serve Caturra specialty coffee, carefully hand-picked rather than mechanically harvested, allowing only selected coffee cherries to be chosen. The beans are then dried on raised beds, following a meticulous process that preserves their quality, complexity, and natural character.

What makes this coffee truly special begins with its origin. Panama holds a unique geographical position in the world, between the Atlantic and Pacific oceans. Combined with Boquete’s rich volcanic soil, high elevation, cool mountain climate, and distinctive rainfall patterns, this creates an exceptional microclimate for coffee cultivation—one of the reasons Panama has become internationally recognized for producing some of the world’s most prestigious and exclusive specialty coffees.

To make it distinctly ours, we developed an exclusive roast specifically for True Baristas, carefully crafted to enhance the natural qualities of our Caturra and create a unique flavor profile with its own identity.
