People searching for the best coffee in Brickell are usually looking for more than a convenient caffeine stop. The cup matters, but so do the origin of the beans, the care behind the roast, the skill of preparation and the place where you drink it.

Start with where the coffee comes from

True Baristas coffee begins in the highlands of Boquete, Panama, at approximately 1,500 meters above sea level. The elevation, volcanic soil, cool mountain climate and rainfall patterns create the conditions that have made Panama internationally known for specialty coffee.

We serve Caturra specialty coffee that is hand-picked so selected coffee cherries can be chosen. After harvest, the beans are dried on raised beds. This careful process helps protect the quality and natural character developed at origin.

Look for a roast with a point of view

Origin is only the beginning. We developed an exclusive roast for True Baristas to bring out the qualities of our Caturra and give the coffee its own identity. That connection—from the farm in Panama to the cup served in Miami—is central to how we think about quality.

If you want to understand a coffee shop, order something that lets the coffee speak. An espresso or Americano shows the structure of the roast. A cappuccino shows how it works with milk. A signature latte adds the personality of the house. There is no single correct order; the useful question is whether the coffee remains balanced and recognizable.

What makes a coffee stop worth returning to?

The best coffee experience is personal, so we do not treat “best” as a trophy a business can award itself. We think a strong Brickell coffee stop should be transparent about origin, consistent in preparation and welcoming enough for a quick visit, a meeting or time to work.

True Baristas brings those ideas together with Panamanian coffee, a Miami story and the character of our vintage Citroën trucks. The indoor cafe adds breakfast, brunch and lunch while keeping coffee at the center.

A simple way to choose your next cup

Begin with what you enjoy, then ask one useful question. If you like a clean, direct cup, try espresso or an Americano. If texture matters, choose a cappuccino or latte. If you want the house style, explore the signature menu. Our team can also help you decide based on strength, sweetness and milk preference.
